Darrel Kennedy is a multi-media creative director and producer with a specialty in community building.

She enjoys drawing outside the lines, 3AM "Black Mirror Marathons", ceremonial-grade matcha green tea, and a good ol' png file.

Darrel's presence in the Start-Up World took flight when she became the inaugural winner of TLC's women's business competition, Girl Starter. There, she was able to lay the foundation of a resume impressive to most at the age of nineteen.

Since her time on the show, Darrel has worked across industries to develop and lead countless creative teams. She has worked with companies such as Are.na, Kosas, Glossier, MeFeater, and many more within the beauty and entertainment sector as a creative community consultant and content producer.
